Depends when you're traveling. A cab would cost you about $45-50. More if it's during rush hour. I don't believe any downtown hotels run shuttles out to ORD (unless you meant the shared rides). But the best way to do it is take the blue line. It'll dump you right downtown and costs $5...and be quicker than the expressway if you're traveling between 7-10 or 3-7.

shared ride that was it, groupon had it going 1 way for about $19.
I was wondering if it was easier to pay that vs. dealing with the blue line if its a pain in the arse.
