When are we going to stop blaming the personnel and realize it is a lack of faith Miles has in passing generally, and the lack of development of QBs in particular. Give Harris to Jimbo Fisher or Clemson and he would have progressed much more than he has under the Les Miles regime.

When Miles has had the personnel he has passed the ball with no problem. Your explanation is too simplistic.
