The NBA required standing to the anthem in the CBA. The NFL does not require that in its CBA

they can't touch him

How about Goodell's nebulous personal conduct "protect the shield" crap.

This definitely affects the NFL's reputation.

While technically correct, a lack of a rule hasn't exactly stopped Goodell from dishing out punishments in the past
