What a shite title for a terrible tragedy.
It would be better just to wrote unlicensed driver causes major accident.
Bc if you really wanted to have a headline it should read
Lazy, cheap flood victims import illegals to rebuild their houses bc most were too stupid to have flood insurance, stupidity causes crash
Who gives a shite if they are illegal.
They were going someone bc someone didn't want to pay the LEGAL wage for labor.
