12' seems to be a little big to me. 10' will work for a boat

To pull through, I could easily do 9.5', but I am having to back it in at a 90 degree angle. its about a 28' dual axle trailer. I dont think there is anyway I can get it in at 10', as I will be at an angle coming in. I am thinking 9' beam boat, at an angle, adds at least 2 feet.

I took a rec from here and used a large gate on the left that attaches to a 4x4 that sides into a pvc sleeve in the ground. When I want to use the big gate I take the lag bolt out of the fence, take the 4x4 it and I have a big gate. The right side is a normal fence gate

So two gates with a 4x4 post in the middle. With one of the gates lag bolted on the non-hinged side?
