What percentage of racism is actual racism

I'm not black nor do I pretend to know what it's like to be black. I would like to know what you guys think about actual racism. What I mean is, how much of it is perceived and how much reality. If a black child grows up in a home and is taught the white man keeps them down and that white people are racist, how much of this contributes to the feeling of being discriminated against vs just out in the world, real life, straight up racism?
My thoughts are this, if you leave your house each morning with an attitude that white people are racist, you will find exactly that. If the lady in drive thru or check out line is rude and having a bad day, and is white, then she must be racist, right? If I didn't get that job because the person interviewing me is white, then they must be racist, right? It's not because of the gold teeth, sagging pants, poor attitude, etc, it's just strictly about color, right?
How much does the media contribute to these feelings? We've all at some point experienced racism toward us and witnessing it. I choose not to let that experience define my day, life, or perception of a whole race. I can only make a decision from my own two eyes and that is of whites and blacks getting along, I see it daily, whites and blacks helping each other, I also see that daily. I see blacks in prominent roles, I see many blacks in my company making more than me, and I see black mayors, judges, police chiefs, etc. I equally experience rude whites and blacks. I think most of this boils down to attitude, the way you carry yourself, commitment to proving yourself, and openess to change.
Between what goes on in the home, the media, corrupt blacK leaders, and race baiters, how much of racism is actual racism?

If I see a bunch of black people at a gas station after dark, I will not get gas at that station.
I was called racist for that

Didn't read, but have a downvote for the wall of text.

I think you mean what percentage of racism claims are justified.
Hard to measure because a lot if those claims are informal and can't be accounted like a lawsuit or EEOC complaint can. Also hard to measure because for every bogus race card, there's a legitimate complaint that a black person doesn't pursue.

In general, blacks are the most racist folks out there. They'll openly make fun of another race and won't have to worry about any repercussions. Latinos are also pretty racist but less open about it.

What kinda black we talking? Even 6 black guys all dressed like Carlton, you still wouldn't get the gas?

It could very well be. I actually worked at a place where the hiring manager would not allow black men to take a welding test because he could "look at them and tell they cannot weld."

Well in a statistically high crime area, I dont care what they are dressed like.
I am white with a wallet, therefore I am a target

Well, this couldn't be interpreted as a racist stament.

In a high crime area yes that would be the smart thing to do. Im black and my arse damn sure will not get gas in a bad neighborhood. That's asking for it haha.

Real racism is the forced subjugation of a racial group.
Under affirmative action laws, real racism happens mostly to whites in today's world.

So are you racist for not stopping, even though you are black?
I was blasted on because I said the exact same thing.

Ditto.
Or a poor white trash neighborhood.
Or the barrio.
Situational awareness. Avoid bad situations when possible.
