Don't see why not. Only 8 times a year with a metro population of 2 million. Plus you figure a portion of opposing fans would make Vegas the one game a year they travel to. Plus random football fans in for a weekend of drinking and sports betting would want to go see a game.

Harrahs/MGM will buy a shite ton of tickets for casino guest. Already a big Raiders fan base here as well.

The Raiders would be a giant party weekend. It's only 10x a year counting pre-season games.

People would fly in to Vegas from all over the world for NFL games in Vegas. The casinos would be jammed, people would make weekends out of it and the culture of NFL football would change for the better.
