I am pretty sure this won't be a problem. We are going to set up the snakes in one area of the farm and have every meet in the other area near the barn. There are going to be a few vendors that have supported or want to support our chapters. We are going to have food, some activities for the kids, a place for dogs to work on birds, etc.

I plan on attending to donate money to the chapter, meet some OB'ers, and eat good groceries .
