Venice is the best place to do all. Bass catfish tuna specks reds snapper ducks and deer if you wanta work for them but it comes at the cost of no night life and a drive

Yep. I sure miss Tom's in Empire. That was great restaurant.

There are no good places to eat in Venice and it is a drive.

Venice has everything all the other places have and more of it. The drive to Venice is much easier than to GI from NOLA. I don't know if there are still deer in Delta refuge but I'm sure there are pigs. Anywhere in delicroix is private land so hunting is limited without a lease. Fishing options are limited only by your boat and fuel budget.

My friend had a camp on Camp Canal off of Grand Pass when we were kids (it was the same place the guy shot over the head of the redfish cup boat). Katrina sucked the pilings out the ground unfortunately.
