I think everyone in here agrees that the people involved in the game were exposed to the possibility of death. Not that they didn't deserve it.
She tried to save herself and the one person she loved. You could argue she was going to be a dead woman whether she ratted or not. She tried to get herself and Chris out but she underestimated his loyalty to the family.
About the club. She didn't really take the money and have her club for herself. They(Tony and company) used it as a safe place to do business.

I love scene from the episode where Chris goes out to buy smokes and sees the trash family packing into some little beater car. It was a great way of showing Chris' loyalty to the lifestyle even more so than any family or relationship.

Yeah, she basically just drank there and held an office for Tony to do business.
