Just because people often use these two words together do NOT make them one in the same.
Take a boxer (breed of dog) for example: They have tightly wound muscles and just about zero flexibility; but can run, jump, and bull-rush the frick out of Lassie who can probably lick his balls around his tail.

I had a boxer that could sniff its own a-hole so evidently you don't know shite about dogs either.
