I'm guessing it's never crossed your mind that the difference you have with them is driven by knowledge and experience more than their age, has it?

Not all young people have this problem. I have plenty of quite sharp young people.

That said, your problem IS pretty common among those your age.

More the better for your young and better educated counterparts.

By the way. I thank you guys on behalf of my daughter.

I often tell her, "you practically can't fail. You are completely surrounded by people who don't comprehend what it means to provide value to their employer. You'll stand out like a positive sore thumb in any work place you enter".

And, it was literally just a few weeks ago that she was talking to me about how her employer has pointed out just this reality about her.

So. Continue with your way of thinking. Hopefully, you can find some 23 year old to give you a great job. Good luck with that.
