FEMA did my inspection today. A nice older lady came out, asked a few questions and for a few documents to prove I owed the place. She spent about an hour walking around taking measurements and asked me about appliances and other items we lost. When she left she said I should hear back from them in 7-10 days.

What zip code do you live in? My parents live in 70818 and we have yet to hear of anyone in that zip getting an inspection. I registered my parents as soon as we could and I have yet to hear anything.
