This is pretty funny and really sad as well. Our company has a fleet of vacuum trucks and I can say it takes a little over an hour to pump 6000 gals through a 2" hose. That looks like a 2" but it could possibly be smaller. There is no way in hell this could possibly happen unless you were pumping directly from the river with multiple big arse pumps.

Yeah, I know I'm stating the obvious here, but it's clear none of those people have ever filled a swimming pool before.
