I've had a shitty few years. A friend sent this to me last year, and I have it bookmarked to read regularly. Some of the advice on the list is trite, but a lot of it has been helpful for me. Particularly the ones on self care, connecting with friends, and finding new hobbies. If I take care of myself, I'm happier all around.
