Can you provide a little more information as to why?Would this be to allow water levels to continue to go down? I'm concerned about the rain making travel more difficult as the week goes on.

Even if you can get to where you are going, it will be a nightmare. And that's assuming you're not heading to a place that may be dry now and under water tomorrow

I'm no expert, but yeah pretty much. I would not be trying to come into BR right now if you don't have to. It's just unnecessary.

BR is a clusterfrick right now. Things will settle down some once the water starts to go down, which is hopefully throughout the day today. Wait until tomorrow so travel is easier, and youre not possibly getting in the way of rescue efforts.
