We are on venetian off of antioch. We afe the highest point and far back road as can get in tuscany village. I grew up wtih flooding in french settlement but i never thought this area had a chance to flood. It started coming up and around midnight when ekectricwent out it was likr a faucet was turned on and the current was crazy fast.im 6' and its up to my thighs on the corner..its just reaching the front of my truck in the drive way. Waiting till any day light to make a decision.been here 5 years and its never even had standing water. The backuped drains are nuts.everytime walk outside its noticabky higher and checking every 30 or so
