They are false advertising the awards they buy from JD Powers.
The little wording at the bottom of the screen says they are based upon 2013 models, but the aware is a 2016 award. JD Powers getting paid to dole out awards.
You can't trust any of these car awards. They are all given to the highest bidder.

The dependability award they are touting only goes out to products after 3 years of ownership.
