I'm sure an argument can be made that canceling the game is a safety issue like lightning or whatever. Do they refund for canceling games under that scenario?

I would look for those situations as guidance on how this will be handled, even though this was caused by human error, as it all falls under player safety.

Well big difference in act of God (weather) and the some dumbass used highway paint instead of turf paint. Sometime reading is a bitch.

Sure, an argument could be made. But it would be a bad one.
