I love questions like this because as easy as it may seem one way or the other, both sides contain many pros and cons.

From what I know about the tragectory of medical care, the horrors of genocide, and the fact that death is actually necessary for our world to function, it is actually a very easy choice. I really think in our lifetime we will beat cancer and HIV, but that does come with the side effect of people living much longer and if we have enough resources to support everyone.
