re: Underhanded Free Throw: Why does no one use it?

I think it was Shaq that was once asked how bad his FT% would have to get to change to underhand and he replied "Negative %".

That guy from Louisville that was mentioned will be on the Rockets roster this year. Wonder how long it's been since the last underhand shooter?

I'm guessing it takes a lot of practice to perfect it. I was always able to shoot 90% in practice and 75% in games overhand but could never get better than about 50% underhand (even though I've tried it on and off over the past 20+ years).
