I would get your calcium score and check your particulate size. Your combination of readings isn't encouraging.
I'm on a statin - but even uncontrolled with a high overall number, I had a pretty manageable LDL range, my HDL has always been good and my triglycerides have been decent. My dad had all kinds of trouble with his triglycerides, especially after he developed Type II Diabetes - he had some blockages, an occlusion, needed a CABG - just the whole smash.
