It's pretty crazy how accurate scouts can be when it comes to the majority number of a prospect class.

Here are the top 20 prospects going into 2006:

1. Delmon Young, TB
2. Justin Upton, AZ
3. Brandon Wood, LAA
4. Jeremey Hermida, FL
5. Stephen Drew, AZ
6. Francisco Liriano, MN
7. Chad Billngsley, LAD
8. Justin Verlander, DET
9. Lastings Milledge, NYM
"He's going to be an all-star caliber player. You hit home runs with a quick bat, which he's got, and down the road he could steal 35 to 40 bases." a scout on Milledge
10. Matt Cain, SF
11. Prince Fielder, MIL
12. Howie Kendrick, LAA
13. Alex Gordon, KC
14. Andy Marte, CLE
15. Ryan Zimmerman, WAS
16. Ian Stewart, COL
17. Conor Jackson, AZ
18. Jarrod Saltalamacchia , ATL
19. Andy Laroche, LAD
20. Carlos Quentin, BAL

Notables:
25. Troy Tulowitzki, COL
30. Hanley Ramirez, FLA
49. Ryan Braun, MIL
50. Andrew McCutchen, PIT
68. Cole Hamels, PHI
77. Dustin Pedroia, BOS
96. Matt Kemp, LAD

There were a lot of other notable ones, but pretty much every person I listed not in the top 20 has competed or won an MVP or Cy Young award at some point in their career.
