re: Have you ever encountered a psychopath before?

There's a kid in my parents' neighborhood that is a complete psycho. He's stalked several of the neighborhood girls and even slashed the tires on one of their cars. He's got this little POS car that he loves driving about 6" from the person in front of him and has had the cops called on him dozens of times by his own family. He's gonna be dead, in jail for murder, or in the looney bin within the next couple years.
