Salmon in the envelope packages. I have a recipe for salmon cakes that calls for two 7.1-ounce packages, which was the large size from Chicken of the Sea at the time.
Over time, they have slowly shrunk the big packs down to 5 ounces. Sneaky bastards.
Every time I make the recipe, I have to read the packet weights and get the right combo of large and small packets.
