Very boring. 2-4 rooms each time, one room always has a suit upgrade module, one room always has resources to take, the other 2 random rooms can have small variance on what's inside (more resources, some upgrade modules) and there's like a 50/50 chance for an NPC to be in the right side room. They are very cut and paste, don't expect much from them. Ships do come and go frequently though, Sean was right about it being a "ship showroom"
