I have cubital in both arms
thought about the surgery, but had really good results by adjusting my behavior. Sleeping with my arms straigt. Not reading on my side in bed anymore.
Makes doing bicep curls hard though. Hand goes numb as soon as any real pump gets going.

Have cubital in my right arm. I've thought about the surgery too but my doc insisted I try some behavior modification and changes in office ergonomics. So far this has made it tolerable for me too.
How awesome does it feel to put your elbows flat down on a desk or table though? It's like elbow punching a thumb tack for me...
