I don't think I ever had nudes of someone then had to re-meet them. There are people I were really good friends with, in which I knew something about them that no one else knew.. Or knew a lot more about a situation involving a person I were friends with than anyone else, went a while without being in contact with them then one day we run into each other. It seems like it was that awkward moment in which you can see on their face they are thinking "he is the one person who knows something I did when I was not the person I am today". But I just focus on that person's present life and eventually, if they want to discuss it, they will bring it up.
