Auction Keeper League Advice

So I have to make cuts to my roster by this Friday, and I was looking for a little advice. This league is a little different because it is a keeper league, as well as an auction league. A keeper's value fluctuates based on their total fantasy points from year to year. "Franchise Tag" salaries also kick in after this season. If a player is rostered for three years, then his value will jump to the average of the 3 highest auction valued players at that position.
So this is what I'm looking at after cuts:
Phillip Rivers - $5
Todd Gurley - $38
CJ Spiller - $1
Karlos Williams - $1
Julio Jones - $62
Dez Bryant - $38
Randall Cobb - $40
Breshard Perriman - $1
Michael Floyd - $1
Eric Ebron - $2
Travis Kelce - $1
LA Rams D/ST - $1
Random Kicker - $1

This isn't ideal to go into the draft with only $8 auction money. Every roster spot has to be filled so the max I could bid on a player would be $5. I'm confident rolling out Gurley, Julio, Dez, Cobb (flex), and Kelce as my main group and getting wins. If i play the waiver wire right then I'll be just fine. I could also attempt to trade one of my WRs.
On the other hand, I'm also debating throwing Dez or Cobb back and trying the go for another decent RB. The only problem is that I know there's a few owners that will have a pretty large amount of salary to throw around at the draft. There's a strong change that I could get overbid on every good RB, plus not even be able to get Cobb/Dez back on my roster.
Thoughts? And TIA

So do you have to keep all of those guys?
I wouldnt keep the kicker, Ebron and Williams, just save yourself another $4
That will up your max bid a tad and likely allow you to add a decent RB2 and give you a strong starting lineup. Fill in a kicker on the back end
Wait until later in the draft when some of the guy with more money don't have a lot left so you can compete for a RB. There will be a few left if you have patience

What does the pool of available players generally look like? Keeping Cobb for $40 seems outrageous. You could throw him back and probably get him for $20 or less I would assume.
