I say capture all the radicalized we can. Round them up and take them up, one group at a time, in a C-130 over their preferred desert country in that freaking a-hole of the world known as the Middle East.
Start the camera rolling, drench them in pigs blood and kick them out the ramp from about 9,000 ft to splatter on the desert below.
Send the film to every major news outlet in the world with the message that this will continue as long as ISIS chooses to continue it's ways.
Sit back and see what happens.

One of the ways to kill off jihadist terrorism is to cut off the money and logistical support from sovereign countries - often our allies (looking at you, Saudi Arabia). If I was president I would get on TV and say to these leaders, "You live a very pampered life. You drive around in big, fine cars. Live in mansions beyond your own people's comprehension. You have beautiful women at your disposal. You want for nothing.
The next terrorist action that occurs where an American citizen is killed, I'm going to kill you. I don't care if you're complicit or not, you will be killed. I'm not going to bomb some remote facility. I am going to kill YOU. Now, think about that and decide whether you want to continue aiding and abetting these thugs."
How much you wanna bet the support would dry up post-haste?
