The Univ. of Missouri sent a cease and desist letter to my HS alma mater, which is an "M" with black and gold tiger mascot.

This is nothing extraordinary.

Georgia Tech let's my highschool use their yellow jacket logo for $1/year. Not like anyone is going to confuse this highschool with UT
