Vernon Gholston - Ohio State/Jets: freakish, ripped athlete who was awesome/unstoppable in college, but below average/bust in the NFL
Braylon Edwards - Michigan/Browns: I was never a huge fan of his at UM, because I thought he dropped a TON of easy balls, which would have altered some big games, but he had all the measurables and talent to at least have a long, solid career.

Great answer.
I'd love to see what someone like Peter Warrick could do in today's NFL with the slot WR and the gadget plays. It sucked he never really caught-on.
