Take the training wheels off and do it. People who are good at math work at, there's no trick. Start at the beginning and work #1, then #2...
Put a bookmark at the beginning and one at the end so you can see how you're progressing. You'll be surprised how far you'll get say in 12 hours. By Wednesday if you put 30 or so hours you'll know a ton more than looking for short cuts.
Put in the work. I think it took me about 40 hours to work through the Calc 1550 problems...you have to be critical of yourself though, and confident when you know something, move on if you can...keep working if you can't.

I've been in the work force for 16 years and I still work 40 hours over a few days to finish projects. It never gets easier, but when you know the process is going to work it makes starting much more familiar. Calm down and open the book.
