In the Marvel universe? Not really. She is a mid-level character. Capt Marvel is far more powerful.

Capt Marvel Powers:
- Super Strength: At max power, she can lift 100+ tons. Normal range is probably 50-75.

- Durability: Can take hits from high caliber bullets, massive falls, extreme force trauma, etc., without damage.

- Speed: Can run far faster than a human. Can sustain flight at multiple times the speed of sound. Can reach near the speed of light if at full Binary power.

- Energy Blasts: Can direct powerful energy blasts from her hands. Can also absorb energy, increasing her power.

As Binary, Capt Marvel becomes even more powerful. She would easily be the most powerful entity in current Marvel movie canon if she is given that ability, well, outside Thanos I guess.
