Was looking at the deals on eBay from the other thread and came across this. It's refurbished, but looks like a nice unit for the money. Half the price of a Honda.

I bought a knock off earthquake brand 800w for tailgating. It worked fine for 2 years then I couldn't start it. In the market now. This looks tempting, but I think I'm going to spend the money on the Honda. Last thing I want is generator problems on Gameday. I've had that and it blows. I know the Honda will start everytime.

Their inverter gen is the same price.
If i were buying though, I would go Honda or Yamaha. Might as well get the best and save yourself thr headache later.

If you tailgate anywhere near your truck, you might want to look at an actual inverter.
I have a large one that runs everything and my vehicle is way quieter than a generator. Also uses way less fuel.
I keep a 1000w mounted in the rear at all times for random uses.
