I believe this Jake guy managed the poker room at the Isle of Capri in Lake Chuck a while back. I spoke to him about obvious cheating / collaboration going on, showed him how it was happening and even offered to point it out to him as it was happening. He blew it off, and I never went back there. A real douchebag.
