Start here - one book will be a big help to all 4 on your list.
Its a great read and a great start. Almost 80 years old but still spot on.
How to win friends and influence people.

I have no wife.
I have no children.
I have no friends.
I guess just employee? I work late but get in late. Maybe get there earlier?

I read it 20 years ago, and while it's good, it misses my point. i want to know what changes YOU would need to make. I'm in a great place in many regards, but looking to raise my game.
On thing I started doing when I turned 40 is make a journal of important lessons, habits, techniques and improvements as I hear them, read them, or realize them. I update as needed and review it weekly. The first one on my last is stop making excuses. For not working out, for not reading more, for not waking up earlier, for not being more patient.

What are your beliefs on God?
Not wanting to sound "preachy" by any means, but further examining and pursuing your faith could possibly lead to improvement in all the roles you mentioned.

Patience
With my family. I'm very patient at work but not as much as I need to be at home.

How old are you? What are your dreams? Not what you think you should want, but what do you really want?

Husband - Dying to myself before dying to my spouse (emotionally/spiritually/Wants and needs)
Father- patience and understanding. it is tough with a defiant little girl
Employee- selflessness- working in sales demands competitiveness, but giving the sale away to save a relationship would go a long way in advancement and happiness
Friend- thoughtfulness/ willingness to go out of my way to help those in need

There isn't a one size fits all answer. It depends on you entirely.

Another good self help book is Think and Grow Rich- Napoleon Hill.
It could be rich in whatever you desire. The basic principle behind the book (written during the 30’s in short stories about successful men during that time) is:
Faith backed by strong desire will transmute thought into its physical counterpart. Very moving book,

Not behaviors per se, but being more grateful and sincere.
