Every Justin Wilson recipe:

1 1/2 cups Sauterne wine
4 tablespoons Lea and Parrains.
Let me show you how I measure this salt.

Actually he was from Tangipahoa parish and lived in French Settlement most of his life. He was a comedian first then later started the cooking shows. His father was a politician I remember that.

And no, he was not a chef, just a south Louisiana cook like most of us.

And don't forget the Angostura or Pechos (sp?) bitters. Loved watching him.
