So the police have the right to shoot if you don't comply? Ok. Has a police even came up to you and asked you put your hands up and get on the ground? Cause if they do, you are going to ask why. That's qualifies as not complying.

Make no mistake, what happened in Baton Rouge looks really bad for those particular police officers. But this all started with a man with a gun resisting arrest. If he would just comply with the officers, the bull would not have to deploy his horns right up this guy's arse.

Nope, never been in that situation before but maybe that's because I didn't wave a gun around while selling illegal items outside a store. But yes, if police asked me to put my hands up, I would do it, no questions asked.

Yes, when I was 21 I was a victim of mistaken identity and you bet your arse I complied. I was innocent, but I'm also smart enough to not get shot. Once those cuffs were on I started asking questions.
