They want what changes? They want police to stop using deadly force when it's necessary? Because 9.9 times out of 10 it's necessary, if Stirling would have been white the ending would have been exactly the same.
The black community has way more serious issues that they could and should be focusing their efforts on. It's blatantly obvious.

They want less black ppl murdered by police. The police in America are like an amature army. Takes 6 months of training and then you're judged differently when you kill someone.

Here is what they need to change:
Change the values of your youth in your neighborhood. Focus on quality education and graduation rates. Focus on careers and fostering a better community with them. Focus on family values, the core of the problem IMO, because nobody has a role model anymore and black pop culture sure isn't helping that either. Focus on loving one another and in despite of poverty, reaching out to anyone in need to teach them how to better their lives. There are programs doing this right now so you can volunteer with them. Stop blaming someone else for your situation. Chances are you are a victim of your own upbringing. Plenty of people have overcome their situation to better their lives. Be an example, not a statistic. Don't as for handouts, ask for help, then give back when you're able.
Stop being a criminal society that breeds hate. If you can't change your own community, the outside world isn't interested in what you have to say. If you show a little effort, the outside world will also help.
