True, but the whole point of prison is rehabilitation. Creating someone who can re enter society.

I'm not saying he did or didn't deserve to be killed. I'm saying if his community can rally around him being such a beacon of hope, without actual proof, then those who disagree can bring up his past to show otherwise.
