So my wife is literally keeping track of the orders for her small business on sticky notes and about 3 different notepads and it drives me nuts. I'm looking around for a solution for her to keep track of everything using either a database or an online option. The sample Access databases will "work" but there are some things that could be added that would really help her out. I can create a database to do what is needed but that's a lot of time I really don't have right now.

After a cursory search online, I haven't found anything that fits the bill so I wanted to see if anyone knows of an online order tracking system that can be accessed from a mobile device. The ability to upload files and pictures and attach them to an order would be a plus. Free is always good, too.

I use handshake.com as a user friendly App. I assume you use an IOS platform, since you don't use Excel for this simple procedure. I have a Linux based patch that I built to convert this App to a Windows based platform that I back up with a simple Access database. I utilize this for my own records keeping.

But really, you should use Excel for this simplistic approach in records keeping.

I've used the Parcels app on Android. It updates tracking status either manually or automatically.
