Moving into new apt. I want main sports channels and internet fast enough to play netflix and xbox live. Any suggestions?

I have the second to highest speed that cox offers for internet.
1 contour 2.0 box w/the cable channels (2-90something)
1 mini box for my tv in the bedroom w/ the same channels
For about $110/month

I have the most basic tv package and pay for 50 down and get about 115 with the double speed and pay $100 a month.
