I'm up .80% or so. I have chosen my own investments the last several years and thinking of moving it all into a target date fund. I'm 31 and have around $36K in the 401K. Currently kicking in 6% and company matches 3%.

Good idea to move into target date or keep as is? I'm sure there are questions to be answered and I am all ears.

IMHO target funds charge too much and often hold more cash and bonds at any target retirement period than I would.

Arm yourself with some good knowledge about mutual funds. A basic place to start is US News. If you still don't believe you can pick them then choose an S&P index fund with low cost.
