I was shocked to learn on cruises they generally have 2 deaths pers seven days, and reading that article someone said "that rate of natural cause or heart disease death pales in comparison to what disney sees and rarely reports.

Look at all the elderly in their 70-80's that go to Disney world to spend time with their grandkids. Factor in heat (many are probably not from the south to begin with), increased walking, and stress. It's a perfect storm to kick the bucket for someone whose heart is teetering on the edge already. There's no reason to ruin everybody else's vacation because someone passed from natural causes. The show must go on.
