Exactly. For a program likes ours, our competition isn't Syracuse, WKU, EMU, Troy, etc, it's the elite teams. I don't care that we beat those lesser teams - we're supposed to.

It's what we do against the better teams on our schedule that matters. And, to anticipate rickdaddy's response, 10 wins is nice, but when 3-4 are against cupcakes, and another 3-4 are against lesser SEC teams, it just means we went 3-3 against the better teams. And with our recruiting, that ain't great.

Holy shite. If its so easy to achieve then why dont a bunch of programs win 9 games every year? Why dont a bunch of programs that play in far easier conferences win 9 games every year. Only 4 programs in ALL OF CFB were able to win 9 games for 5 straight years. If its such an easy task why arent all these programs accomplishing it?

There are programs that recruit just as well as lsu and they cant win 9 games every year. Does all their coaches underperform as well?
You constantly post how lsu should easily win 10 games every year and since 2010 1 PROGRAM has been able to win 10 games every year.
Winning 9 games every year for 5 straight years is hard as hell. Its so difficult that only 3 %( 4 programs) of cfb programs were able to achieve it.
So stop saying lsu should easily win 10 games every year because its just crazy talk

If winning 10 games a season is only "nice", tell me why only 3 power 5 teams and LSU have been able to average 10 wins a yr. since 05? BTW, LSU is the only SEC team playing, "3-4 are against cupcakes, and another 3-4 are against lesser SEC teams" who has been able to average those 10 wins a yr. One would think if it was only "nice", more SEC programs would have been able to do it for as long as LSU has been doing it, huh.
