Pulisic is simply not part of their first team plans this year (no slight to him). What's hard to understand about that?
He won't get minutes so he'll go down and play which will be better for him anyway

It's fairly rare for an 18 year old to be a first team player anywhere. When it happens it is notable, but it doesn't happen very often.
