Start reading. Have some good info on people new to the process.
Step one is finding out why your production is gone. I'm 34 and have primary failure. Basically after all the meds from being sick for so long cooked my balls. Some people it's a pituitary or thyroid issue. Not even a testicle issue. Doctors treat symptoms not always problems. Find out why then go from there. Good luck sir

I've been on the T pellets for around 4 years (38yrsold). I go every 3 months to my urologist. They take blood work and alter my dose accordingly.
