let's be completely honest. We made the CWS in 2015 without him and we made the supers this year and earned a national seed

I'm not either, but let's be completely honest, all we've ever seen or heard about Latz is potential. He had a couple of short, decent outings, and a couple of train wrecks. Even if he hadn't decided to leave, I wouldn't be going into next season expecting much out of him until he shows he can pitch consistently.
