Again, the Millennial generation spans to include anyone born between the years 1982-2004, so anyone between the ages of 12-34 are Millennials.

That's a large portion of this board.

Again. There is a huge difference in someone that is born in the 80s and someone born ing the 90s and 2000s.

The majority of these crybabies they give the millennials a bad wrap were born in the later 90s and 2000s.

Hence my idea and the rest of the general populace idea of a millennial is someone born around the turn of the century. And being born in the 80's, i love the ladies, and I do not appreciate being lumped into the the late 90's babies and 2000s babies.
